このページは、New Age Kids School（以下「当校」）が運営する英検®模擬試験サイトについての お約束です。

This page sets out how the EIKEN mock-test site run by New Age Kids School ("the school") works, and what happens to the information you give us.

利用規約Terms of service

1. これは何かWhat this is

当校が実施する模擬試験です。公益財団法人 日本英語検定協会とは、提携・後援などの 関係はありません。公式の英検®試験ではなく、合否や資格は発行されません。

This is a mock test run by the school. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Eiken Foundation of Japan. It is not the official EIKEN® examination, and it awards no certificate or qualification.

表示されるCSEスコアは推定値です。本番の結果を保証するものではありません。

The CSE score we show is an estimate. It is not a promise about the real exam.

2. アカウントYour account

• 受験IDとパスワードはご本人だけのものです。他の方と共有しないでください。 Your login is yours alone. Please do not share it.
• 当校がメールでパスワードをお聞きすることは決してありません。 We will never ask for your password by email.
• 他の方のアカウントでの受験は、その結果を無効とすることがあります。 Sitting a test as somebody else may void that result.

3. 受験料とお支払いFees and payment

• 受験料は申込フォームに表示されます。お支払いの確認後に受験IDをお送りします。 The fee is shown on the application form. We send your login once the payment has been checked.
• 当校の都合で試験をご提供できなかった場合は、全額をお返しします。 If we cannot provide the test you paid for, we refund it in full.
• ご都合が悪くなった場合は、できるだけ早くお電話ください。できる限りご相談に応じます。 If something comes up, telephone us as early as you can and we will do what we can.

4. 面接（二次試験）The speaking interview

• お時間は、筆記試験の24時間後から7日以内で、ご自分でお選びいただきます。 You choose your time yourself, from 24 hours after your written test and within 7 days of it.
• お時間を選べるのは一度だけです。変更が必要なときはお電話ください。 The time is chosen once. Call us if it has to move.
• 面接は録画しません。 Interviews are not recorded.

6. お願いしないことWhat you may not do

• 問題・音声・参考書の複製や配布。 Copying or distributing the questions, the recordings or the books.
• 他の受験者の妨げになる行為、サイトへの不正なアクセス。 Anything that interferes with other candidates, or with the site itself.

7. 変更と停止Changes and interruptions

内容や価格を変更すること、保守のために一時的に停止することがあります。受験中の試験に影響が出る 変更は、できる限り避けます。

We may change what we offer and what it costs, and may pause the site for maintenance. We avoid changes that affect a test somebody is in the middle of.

8. 責任の範囲Limits

本サービスは練習のためのものです。通信環境やご使用の機器に起因する問題については責任を負いかね ますが、当校側の不具合で受験できなかった場合は、受験の機会を改めてご用意するか、返金い たします。

This is practice. We cannot take responsibility for your own connection or device — but if a fault on our side stops you sitting the test, we will either give you another sitting or refund you.

日本法に準拠します。

These terms are governed by Japanese law.

プライバシーポリシーPrivacy policy

お預かりする情報What we hold

• お名前、生年月日、メールアドレス。電話番号は任意です。 Your name, date of birth and email address. A phone number is optional.
• 18歳未満の方は、保護者のメールアドレス。結果をお送りするためです。 For a candidate under 18, a parent's email address — that is where the result is sent.
• 解答、点数、英作文の写真、面接の評価。 Your answers, your marks, the photograph of your handwriting, and the examiner's marks for the interview.
• Googleでログインされた場合は、Googleからお名前と確認済みのメールアドレス、および 識別子を受け取ります。パスワードは受け取りません。 If you sign in with Google we receive your name, your verified email address and an identifier from Google. We never receive your password.

使いみちWhat we use it for

試験の実施、採点、結果のご連絡、そしてお問い合わせへの対応のためだけに使います。

Only to run the test, mark it, send you the result, and answer you when you get in touch.

お見せしない相手Who does not see it

当校の教師と管理者だけが見ます。販売も、広告目的での提供もいたしません。 法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者にお渡しすることはありません。

Only the school's teachers and administrators. We do not sell it and we do not hand it to advertisers. We do not give it to anyone else except where the law requires it.

保管と削除Keeping it, and deleting it

• 英作文の写真は、採点と見直しのために保管し、当校の判断で古いものから削除します。 Photographs of your writing are kept for marking and review, and older ones are deleted by the school.
• ご自分の情報の削除をご希望の場合は、お電話またはメールでお申し付けください。 If you want your information deleted, telephone or email us and we will do it.
• 面接は録画しませんので、録音・録画の保管はありません。 Interviews are not recorded, so there is no recording to keep.
